Welcome to Brand Longinus LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, and digital experiences accessed through QR codes embedded on our garments.

By purchasing, wearing, scanning, owning, gifting, possessing, or otherwise interacting with our products, website, or linked digital experiences, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

1. Company Overview

Brand Longinus LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers products that may include QR-enabled apparel, branded garments, promotional garments, and linked digital experiences under our various product lines.

2. Product and QR Code Use

Some Brand Longinus products include embedded QR codes that may redirect users to websites, applications, promotional content, entertainment content, informational pages, or other digital experiences.

By using or scanning these QR codes, you acknowledge that access to such content is voluntary and at your own discretion.

3. Notice Regarding QR Garments

Brand Longinus garments may contain embedded QR code technology that can be scanned by members of the public, unfamiliar individuals, or others using a compatible device. By purchasing, owning, wearing, gifting, possessing, or using any Brand Longinus garment that includes QR code technology, you acknowledge that public interaction may occur.

Brand Longinus LLC is not responsible for the actions, reactions, conduct, or behavior of any person who scans, observes, reacts to, or interacts with the garment, the wearer, the owner, the recipient, or members of the general public. By purchasing or possessing a product that includes QR code technology, the purchaser, owner, wearer, recipient, or person in possession accepts responsibility for how the product is used and worn.

QR code scan performance is expected to remain functional under normal care when manufacturer care instructions are followed, but actual performance may vary depending on garment type, print method, washing conditions, wear, and use over time.

Print appearance, artwork scale, and QR scan performance may vary slightly by garment size, garment style, print area, and normal production tolerances.

4. User Conduct and Personal Responsibility

For Wearers

• You are responsible for when, where, and how you wear our products.
• You agree not to wear or use our products in situations where use of the QR code may be unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate.
• Brand Longinus LLC is not responsible for social, personal, professional, or legal consequences arising from public or private use of our products.

For Scanners

• By scanning a QR code, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily accessing linked content.
• Some linked content may be promotional, humorous, satirical, brand-driven, or unconventional in nature.
• You agree not to hold Brand Longinus LLC liable for offense, misunderstanding, or consequences resulting from your interaction with linked content.
• You may not misuse, copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit linked content without permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Content

Our QR codes or website may direct users to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Brand Longinus LLC does not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, websites, products, or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, and practices.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, text, garment concepts, and digital content created or distributed by Brand Longinus LLC are the intellectual property of Brand Longinus LLC or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, publication, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Longinus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, wearing, scanning, or use of our products, website, or digital experiences.

All products and digital experiences are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. No Returns Policy

All products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. Once a garment has been printed, it is no longer a standard blank garment and cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason, Brand Longinus LLC does not accept returns.

We do not maintain a public return intake location, and our production partner does not accept standard customer returns. Do not mail items back to us, the print provider, or the manufacturer unless specifically instructed in writing by Brand Longinus LLC.

9. Refunds and Replacements

All sales are final unless the item qualifies for a refund or replacement under the conditions below.

If your selected shirt size is unavailable at the completion of optimization, you will be offered either a refund or the option to wait for your order to ship once inventory becomes available.

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

• the wrong product was received
• the wrong size was received
• the wrong color was received
• there is a clear print error
• the item arrived damaged
• there is a clear manufacturing defect

Refunds or replacements will not be granted for:

• buyer’s remorse
• ordering the wrong size
• ordering the wrong color
• preference changes after delivery
• minor variation that does not qualify as a print or manufacturing defect

All refund and replacement decisions are subject to vendor review and approval based on the evidence provided.

10. Claim Deadline and Required Proof

Any issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Claims reported after 30 days may be denied.

To request a refund or replacement, the customer must email the following:

• a clear front photo
• a clear back photo
• a clear tag photo
• a short written explanation of the issue

If additional images or information are needed to review the claim, we may request them before making a decision.

11. No Return Shipment Required

Customers should not send items back unless specifically instructed in writing by Brand Longinus LLC.

12. Age Restrictions

Certain digital experiences may be intended only for users of a certain age. By scanning or interacting with age-restricted content, you confirm that you meet the applicable legal age requirements.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website, products, or services after any updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
