By purchasing, wearing, scanning, or interacting with any of our Products or associated digital content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Products or services.

1. Company Overview

Brand Longinus LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates in two innovative segments:

a. Extreme Engagement Shirts
These garments contain QR codes that redirect scanners to customized, branded experiences including websites, applications, marketing content, or product showcases.

b. Fusion Shirts
These garments contain QR codes that direct scanners to humorous, informative, or entertainment-based content.

2. User Conduct and Personal Responsibility

a. For Wearers:

  • You acknowledge that the QR codes embedded in our garments may prompt interactions from the public. You assume all responsibility for wearing Products in public or private settings.
  • You agree not to wear the Products in contexts where scanning the QR code may be inappropriate, unlawful, or against local customs or regulations.
  • Brand Longinus LLC is not liable for any social, professional, or legal consequences resulting from content accessible through the embedded QR code while the garment is worn.

b. For Scanners:

  • By scanning a QR code, you acknowledge that you are accessing content voluntarily and at your own discretion.
  • Some content may be promotional, humorous, satirical, or otherwise unconventional. You agree not to hold Brand Longinus LLC liable for offense, misinterpretation, or consequences resulting from your engagement with the linked content.
  • You agree not to misuse, reproduce, or distribute the linked content without permission from Brand Longinus LLC or the associated content owner.

3. Content and Third-Party Links

  • The digital experiences linked through QR codes may include third-party content or redirect to third-party websites or platforms.
  • Brand Longinus LLC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or content accessed through our QR code links.
  • All interactions with third-party services are subject to their respective terms and policies.

4. Intellectual Property

8. Brand Longinus – Policy on Expired Agreements and Billing Practices

Purpose

This policy establishes that Brand Longinus will not engage in, continue, or recognize any business activity, transaction, or billing practice related to agreements, contracts, or service arrangements that have expired or are otherwise no longer in effect.

Policy Statement

Brand Longinus strictly prohibits conducting business with, or issuing or accepting invoices from, any individual or organization under an expired, lapsed, or otherwise terminated agreement.
Any billing, invoicing, or request for payment that occurs outside the valid term of a business agreement is not authorized, is not legally binding, and will not be honored.

Brand Longinus affirms that:
